What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie for the gala dinner and smart casual for the day time.
What time shall we attend?
The registration opens at 9am but the day sessions start at 9:30am and close at 5pm.

What tube stations are nearby?
The hotel is just a 3 minute walk from Hammersmith Underground Station with less than 20 minutes travel from Central London and conveniently located to Heathrow with direct transport links. Escaping the Central London Congestion Zone, we are ideally located to access all the main shopping areas and amenities of Central London. Hammersmith London Underground station operates on the Hammersmith & City line and Piccadilly line. The Circle line station, Hammersmith Broadway, is just as close and provides step-free access and both these stations are located in Travelcard Zone 2.
